Anna has a core body of analysts and executives and works with independent consultants in teams made up for each assignment. We have consultants that work with us in four continents who may provide local, industry and field expertise while we research and gather relevant information for our analysis.

Our belief is that the more diverse the better and smarter teams. Part of our value is life learnings and non-professional experience that we also include on our search skills across our selection processes.

Our teams are made up from people who has unique skills that are rare to find in a single individual. Technology backgrounds usually lack business knowledge and viceversa. We make our teams in a way that we match expertise and experience in both disciplines, which makes our work much easier and we are able to generate more value for our clients.

 

In addition we train our people through a program named MINERVA that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to generate options for our clients and make our company grow in the long term.
